BTS announced the release date for their upcoming film, Break the Silence: The Movie, on Thursday (Aug. 6), and it’s sooner than you think. The K-pop supergroup’s fourth movie is slated to hit theaters worldwide in limited screenings beginning Sept. 10, with additional territories, including the U.S., coming on-line beginning Sept. 24.

In the midst of a global pandemic, which has closed theaters in many countries and limited large indoor gatherings, tickets for Break the Silence will go on sale on the official film website beginning on Aug. 13; click here for ticketing information. The Trafalgar Releasing effort is the sequel to 2019’s Bring the Soul: The Movie, which raked in $24.3 million in box office on 2.55 million tickets sold in 112 territories according to a release announcing the movie.

Directed by Park Jun-soo, Break the Silence promises to give fans unprecedented access to the group as they travel the globe on their 2019 Love Yourself: Speak Yourself tour, which took them from Los Angeles to London, Osaka and Riyadh, among many other stops. “Off stage, we see another side of BTS. The seven members begin to candidly tell personal stories they have never voiced before,” a release promises.

“We’re delighted to partner with Big Hit Entertainment on the release of BREAK THE SILENCE: THE MOVIE, which gives fans extraordinary access to both their first international stadium tour and all seven members of BTS. We look forward to welcoming the ARMY back to cinemas for a fourth time for this must- see BTS big screen experience,” said Marc Allenby, CEO of Trafalgar Releasing, in a statement.
