247Sports is another week closer to updating the Top247 rankings for the 2022 recruiting class. The process of reviewing countless prospects across the country in the cycle of seniors-to-be continues with an aim for releasing the latest updated Top247 by the middle of the next week.
This week’s rankings notes feature players who are already ranked in the previous incarnation of the Top247 who should be expected to rise in the upcoming release. Last week’s rankings notes concentrated on notable risers in general who were discussed in that week’s call, and those players included Top247 members, three-star prospects whose stock is up, and unrated players who were evaluated for their initial rating on 247Sports.
But to reiterate, this week’s notes focus on established Top247 members who are likely to ascend the charts once next week’s update drops. This week’s notes are not a comprehensive list of Top247 risers, but a sample of players at each of eight position groups who are stock-up prospects in our eyes (positions being quarterback, running back, receiver, tight end, offensive line, defensive line, linebacker, and defensive back).
